Back to trading
I`m back to trading today and hoping for some action and at least some volume. There are some intresting charts out there, however I never was a big fan of trading on light volume days like these. HANS, which I had here on the Site last week tagged 34 on Friday with no volume and did nothing. I`m sad it not waited for a day where volume is in the market, however I will look for a follow-through today maybe. AG`s are catching a bid, and BG looks intresting for me over 50. Oil is moving higher on concerns on the political situation in middle-east and I will watch this sector for intraday setups. Hope you all have a great day.

X-Mas season trading
Volume is completely off all day as usual in that season and I have no conviction in either side. So I will call it a day here and leave office earlier.
One of my old favourite

I used to love daytrading this one and if the market turns out to be friendly I might once again consider it at 34.
Other stocks that I will consider today are FOSL which was holding up quit well in yesterdays sell off and TXI around 34 for a possible short entry. Volume will be light as it is holiday season and so will be my trading.
Where is Santa?
The X-Mas week started with stocks broadly going down yesterday. Oil related stocks were once again hit hard and will probably continue lower as oil prices are heading sharply lower. AAPL was nice with a 3-4 $ move from the area I noted here yesterday, while you had to be quick on FSYS if u were in, as the stock sold down after selling in the marktes acclerated.
I will soon be back with some ideas and charts.

FSYS, AAPL
FSYS not easy to catch but trending up nicely so far against the overall market, while AAPL goes down as expected.
blog status and some trading ideas
Blog status: rom now on I will try to give at least one post every day with my ideas and thoughts of markets and some intresting stocks I follow. Further I plan to write one longer article about trading/trading for a living every once a while.
Now on to the markets:
For me it looks like the bulls have lost some momentum in the last week and a new market break down could be near with a possible re-test of the lows in January. Still a tough environment for holding any stocks overnight with substantial size as things remain doubtful. For today I have some stocks to watch, however light trading will be the premise of these last days in the year for me. I will watch for a possible long FOSL through 16, GS through 82, and FSYS could be on the move again. In case we go down I will watch AAPL 88 level.

Wild days
I haven`t posted anything for a while due to a busy schedule. But hey, with that wild market we saw in the last couple of days it shouldn`t be boring anyway. The elimination of the Investment banks, rescue programs which will cost the tax-payer quit a bit, ban of short selling on financials, oil spike 20 $ on Monday,......yes we are definetely in some of the wildest days since the internet bubble. I guess the ban of short selling of around 800 financials affect most of us, as this was the game to play so far in the last couple of months. So what should we do? Adapt, thats the only thing we actually can really do. Whether or not you think it is right or wrong to impose this regulations, as a small private trader the only thing you can do is adapt. Lot of people out there believe we have bottemed now, however I not convinced so far. Fear is still in the air, VIX still in high territories, and someone will have to pay for the rescue program (guess who?).....lets see what happens and stay tuned. For my trading today I will stay mostly with cash or gold and i will watch ENER carefully.

Commodities and Lehmann
After the reversal in the commodity sector yesterday the group seems to continue today. I don`t have much trust in this move, and still think a lot of this names will go much lower in some time. For me this seems nothing more then another bounce to short the group. Financials are under pressure again, with LEH getting hit again. I will watch some long ideas in case the market decides to behave in a similar way to yesterday. The respective names on my list are: GES, ARTC, BLUD. CTRP and BG still on my short ideas list.

NIHD nice, commodities recover
NIHD working out nicely, meanwhile the commodities try to start a little recover rally, lets see how this works out today.
Morning view
LEH trading around 4 $ and it could get even worse. The financials are looking terrible and so does overall markets. Futures are down >1 %. Beside all the financials I will watch BIDU 252 level, BG 70 level, ILMN 80 level, NIHD 48 level, LFC 53 as short ideas and GNK 43 long just in case. It could be wild again today, so be careful out there.
